SHIRLEY PEARSON AT THE TOWNHOUSE GALLERY
Shirley is a visual artist who paints in both oil and acrylic mediums. Each painting is vibrant and detailed. Her large floral paintings convey the beauty which we find within flowers. To achieve this detail, she initially takes photos which inspire the composition.
Studying in both New Zealand and Canada, Shirley has had showings in cafés, galleries, exhibitions and private homes.
Now settling in Raglan, Shirley has opened The Townhouse Gallery and will continue to focus on florals, including native species which are plentiful in Whāingaroa.
