HARRISON SYNOTT
Harrison Synnott is a self-taught painter based in Raglan, New Zealand. Drawing inspiration from the Renaissance masters, the Impressionists, and the Abstract Expressionists, Harrison has built his practice through dedicated self-study.
His work captures everyday moments with warmth, colour, and quiet charm — from neighbourhood scenes, portraits and still lifes, to atmospheric landscapes. Pieces like Kirame Village and Sakura Tea House reveal a love of light and place.
Harrison offers workshops and commissions, and is a passionate advocate for accessible art education, believing that anyone willing to practice can discover something meaningful in making.
Harrison lives in Raglan with his wife and son.
