Robyn Westcott is a tattoo artist, painter and surfer who lives with her small family in Whãingaroa. Robyn grew up on a small island off the west coast of British Columbia, Canada. Lush forests, wild waves and extraordinary wildlife inspired her from a young age to paint. Since moving to Aotearoa, the waves, Karioi and people of Whãingaroa inspired Robyn to tap into ultraviolet art, as a way of bringing us deeper into our natural surroundings. With an occasionally humorous twist, Robyn captures surf culture, the natural world, our connection to our creator and each other through her art using mainly acrylics, with a twist of Realism, a splash of Impressionism and a whole lot of Good Vibrationism.
