MIRANDA J CAIRD
Miranda is a full-time artist and first started selling her work in 2003. Painting very quickly became a full time job. Her studio is in a tiny bach at Whale Bay where she likes to stay very connected to nature. Miranda loves being able to get deeply into a creative flow without any dates, distractions or deadlines.
Miranda has rarely done solo shows as she is not really one for the limelight. Mostly she has been a stock artist just putting her work on the courier and sending it off to galleries and buyers. Over 2000 originals have gone out and are all around the world. Her work has featured on the cover of Contemporary New Zealand Art Calendars.
For past few years she has also been producing her own archival quality prints.
